We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from Juveriente.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a FULL refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fee charged for non-free-shipping orders.
In case of troubles occurred in our responsibility, too shipping notice later than 7 days after your order date or damaged product or any other unusual issues, we will make a full refund of your purchase price and the shipping fee.

Your refund will be credited back to the account it was originally charged within 5 business days after the product has been received. It may take further dates due to procedures of the transaction agents. (PayPal and Stripe.) It is out of our control but please contact us if you feel it takes too long.
