After three days of taking this product I noticed a reduced in the amount and the intensity of hot flashes although they are not gone totally. I will continue to take this product

After having a radical hysterectomy, I really didn’t want to get on any hormone replacement therapies and decided to just try Effisoy. It has been a huge help to me! I was having non-stop hot flashes before I started Effisoy. Now, I may have one or two a week.

Very good vitamin and it do help for the menopause symptoms like the hot flash..I do recommend them .I already buy the every time..

Amazing product!!! I did not have hot flashes, only occasional night sweats. My problems were insomnia, extreme fatigue, irritability, foggy brain and mild depression. I took only natural products like Maca extract, Vitex, primrose oil before; all helped some but when I took Efisoy I could tell a difference the first day. My sleeping was much better the first night. My mood improved, energy level increased and I can exercise more, just like before. I take only half a dose and combine it with all the other natural stuff I am taking mentioned above. It is a game changer for me!!! Absolutely vital!!! have energy now and I sleep so much better.

I haven’t used this. I’ve ordered it for a friend but it’s the second bottle that they have ordered so I can only assume its working in some way that they want it to!
